Northern Culture Untapped Inquiry: Evidence report
This report presents written evidence from XR Stories and XR Network+ in partnership with the York and North Yorkshire Combined Authority submitted to the Northern Culture Untapped Inquiry.
Led by the Northern Culture All-Party Parliamentary Group, the Northern Culture Untapped Inquiry aims to change the mindset and make the case that the North’s cultural capital needs to be harnessed to power up growth, boost innovation, tourism, community cohesion and identity.
The inquiry is due to report in Spring 2026.
